Shine Bright Therapy Services

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutger’s University in the state of New Jersey, where I graduated in 2020. For the last 4 years, I have worked in various levels of care, spanning from community-based care to Partial Hospitalization Programs.

In my work as a therapist, I strive to always adhere to my values of maintaining compassion, empathy, and curiosity. It is very important to me that I embody these traits both within my personal and professional life.

All therapeutic relationships that I foster with clients are unique, just as every individual. I believe strongly in a collaborative and individualized treatment approach, drawing from a variety of modalities in order to most appropriately serve each client, meeting them at the exact moment of time in which they currently are.

I understand that seeking help for an eating disorder can be daunting. My therapeutic style is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, aiming to foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and deep healing.
